Days 1–3
KeyTrellis maps your current operation, agrees the people and workflows in scope, and sets a shared target date.
Days 4–10
KeyTrellis prepares and moves your agreed data across. Your current system keeps running while we check the import, right up to go-live.
Days 11–20
KeyTrellis sets up the agreed pilot. Your team checks the workflows and imported records while the current system remains in use.
Days 21–30
KeyTrellis completes role-based training and confirms the agreed readiness items before the target launch.
Target timeline: 30 days from the agreed start, subject to scope and data readiness.
